Fawaz didn’t stop with the family business. He launched K Crew, one of Saudi Arabia’s largest virtual F&B operators. Starting with a pioneering concept of a “super kitchen”, the company produces hundreds of menu items from a single operational workflow, combining efficiency with innovation.
This venture required not only operational excellence but also adaptability. Fawaz applied lessons from his earlier experiences, risk-taking, feasibility assessments, and governance, to scale the business while managing partnerships and resources effectively.
